Yes, all perfumes sold on PARFUM are guaranteed 100% authentic. We source our inventory directly from authorized distributors and the original fashion houses.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping them in the bathroom.
What is your return policy for opened fragrances?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 30 days of purchase. We recommend trying a sample size before committing to a full bottle.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that because perfumes are classified as hazardous materials due to alcohol content, they must be shipped via ground transportation.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States due to international regulations regarding the transport of flammable liquids.
What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?
The main difference is the concentration of fragrance oil. Eau de Parfum (EDP) typically contains 15-20% oil and lasts 6-8 hours, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) contains 5-15% and lasts 4-6 hours.
